How do I add my venue in high definition or my products/items to the 3D Event Designer?
Contact us to get a custom quote for getting your venue modeled in high definition and/or your items/products for inclusion in the 3D Event Designer. For each venue space and each item there is a one time fee to get them modeled in 3D and included in the 3D Event Designer.
What is the difference between 3DVenue, Design Services and what I can create on my own?
3DVenue is where our team of 3D modelers takes the images and dimensions of your space and configures it in 3D and then uploads the floor plan to 3D Event Designer for all to use. 3DVenue floor plans are configured to be extremely realistic (have the wall/ceiling/floor textures and materials, light fixtures, etc. of that space) and look as if you were physically standing in the space. We like to refer to 3DVenue templates as High Definition.
Design Services is where our team of designers takes the images and dimensions of your space and creates a floor plan with the built in features of our software. These floor plans are all to-scale, but may not look exactly like your space as it uses the standard items in our software (for example, the carpet pattern or the light fixtures may not look exactly like what is in the room, but we do our best to match them as closely as possible). We like to refer to Design Services templates as Standard Definition.
When you create your own floor plans, these are the same as Design Services (Standard Definition). However, instead of our team creating the floor plan for you, you do this on your own. You (the user) create the floor plan from scratch. You input the dimensions of your space, select the wall/ceiling/floor colors and material and select from our Catalog of items to configure the space to look as close to the real space as possible.
Regardless of the option you go with - 3DVenue, Design Services or create your own - all floor plans will be in 2D and 3D.
When you make updates to the 3D Event Designer, such as adding new features, new 3DVenues, and new products/items, do I have to pay to receive the new updates?
No, all updates are free. As this is a cloud-based software, all updates are done on our end.
